THEN, this sweet and innocent child... who was under police orders to go to a youth shelter... kicks a cop in the nads.Tell me this, dear readers (males only, please): if you are in the position where, as a duly authorized law enforcement officer, the person you are supposed to be removing from a scene kicks you in the nuts, what would you do? Would you allow them to continue assaulting you and the family jewels, or would you use the tools at your disposal to protect yourself and force compliance from the combatant?This isn't a case of a kid throwing spitballs in class, this is a kid who was ordered over into state custody, and was actively resisting and ASSAULTING a police officer.

depends which way the motor moves the sensor/lens assembly. If it moves it in the opposite direction of the movement, then you have image stabilization. If it moves it in another direction, you get blur, as if you moved the camera itself when you took the shot. not sure how pleasant it is, though.
