Put hotter, skinner models in magazines and give them all negative body image. That'll keep 'em in shape!
You forgot to add "then you'll all be sorry!" through blubbering sobs

The skinner box and online marketing are two separate subjects. One is conditioning someone to repeat actions for random rewards. Another is taking advantage of customers with confusing questions.

i admit this was a standard procedure in yearly physical exam back in grade school for me.. i remember every kid had to take off all the clothes and lined up to see a doctor who would check each kid's ***** and touch his ball. it took place in one of the classrooms in the first floor of the school.. the windows were not covered. other curious kids could see from outside. so 1 male adult, 50 or so naked kids.. too bad the girls were in the next room, i heard from other kids that the female doctor check their breasts as well as their vaginas. note: parents dont usually bring their kids to see the doctor for physical exam because they were poor or simply not educated to know this should be done yearly. so the school offered this for a small fee..
"They all have muslim names, no surprise there. "Maybe YOU should just go back to watching Glenn Beck!

Future China will still be a dictatorship.?
Well literally speaking you are correct, but constructing the sentence in the same way just wouldn't give you the same vibes. "肏" is often considered too dirty (the upper part means "enter" and the lower part means "flesh"...plus it's easily censored) so people prefer to use homophonic words that are commonly used, like "操", a polysemous word usually meaning "use", or "草", meaning "grass". Another often used verb is "日", meaning "sun" and, of course, "*****". As in actual usage, we prefer to ***** someone's mother, grandmother or a whole line of their ancestors. The most common curse is "操你妈" (literally "***** your mother"), which gave rise to the meme "草泥马" ("Grass Mud Horse", referring to alpaca -- it's adorable! ). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cao_ni_ma"***** China" is perfectly understandable anyway. Compulsory English education, culture influence and all that, you know......And all this has nothing to do with this submission whatsoever... |

Completely agree. But you missed the point. The average cost of homes is more than any normal person could pay off in 15 years. Around where I live the houses start in the $250,000. There isn't a need for this. You don't have to give home buyers insane tax breaks (though they are nice) the price of housing needs to be in direct proportion to the standard of living in the area. Hell its basic economics of supply and demand. Lets be honest the supply is indeed way higher than the demand yet they still assume the pricing is fair for duplex on a sliver of land. They spent the last five years boasting the value of homes because they wanted to line their pockets. If these homes were really worth their stated value then they would sell. But to be honest if the choice is between a 30 year mortgage on the bad side of town for a piece of crap home versus a really nice apt/condo then I'd rather go that route.

I am impressed both with their skill and the wealth of free time that was surely required for this.

Yes, private health insurance has really done this country a hell of a lot of good. People don't stop to think about those who have jobs, but aren't offered health insurance through those jobs. Most self-obtained health insurance is hugely expensive with fewer benefits then your group coverage plans.Private health insurance companies are a joke. It's time to watch em burn. |
