Regardless of historic doctrines concerning polygamy, none of the LDS leaders could or would consider anything that Mitchell did as being "doctrinal", more like "abominable". Furthermore, the whole premise of continuing revelation through latter-day prophets facilitates the evolution of doctrine as times change. Therefore you can't be a true fundamentalist in such a system because that would mean rejecting the counsel of a current prophet's guidance in favor of a past prophet whose counsel may no longer apply. As an outsider you may not subscribe to it, but technically speaking this makes for the argument that there's no such thing as a "Mormon Fundamentalist". People labelled as such are rather those who have lost their faith in latter-day prophecy in favor of their own vain beliefs.

According to the Congressional Budget Office website, 25% of households that have no one with a high school diploma lack health insurance, and 50% of the same group lack insurance for at least part of the year. Contrast that with households with at least one member having a college degree: 3% and 10% respectively.I am pessimistic that universal health insurance would improve health literacy to a great extent. First, many are simply uneducated in general. Second, I doubt that many in this cohort would seek care in clinics or hospitals regularly. The same factors that prevent them from completing a HS degree (need for immediate income, lack of transportation, apathy) would likely hinder them from going to clinics, picking up medications, or going to followup appointments..

For NSA's job- this makes sense.Every unsecure computer out there is another zombie robot waiting for instructions from a hacker, another node that data can be routed through. Less computers that can be taken over means not having to fend off DDOS attacks as often.
