China's leaders loved Bush - he was the best President they could have wanted; go look it up yourself.OTOH, Obama has brought up the thorny issue of freedom of speech, China's monetary policy of keeping the RMB pegged to the dollar in order to benefit China's export driven economy, and his administration, unlike the previous one, has begun investigating China's unfair trading practices - dumping tiresand steel below cost, their subsidization of industries, etc... Whether or not it's the right thing is another question, but to say that Obama is more eager than Bush for better relations with China belies the facts.
