“Or you can just stop paying for cable and use the internet for all of your viewing, apart from broadcast TV which is in HD. There's at least 700 bucks a year. Even more if you have sports subscriptions, and there's sites where you can watch all that in a live stream. With Hulu, youtube, torrents, and a good TV antenna, there's no need for cable.

Wow, and I get 30 days for getting drunk and not hurting anyone...sweet justice!?
The problem is that various laws prevent the arming of cargo ship crews, and many countries don't want armed cargo ship crews coming into their ports (including the US). I believe that the ships that are carrying armed guards, like the Alabama is now, are picking them up offshore before the ships enter hostile waters then unloading them before they enter their destination ports. If they didn't do that then the ports wouldn't let them enter. I seriously doubt the US would ever allow foreign cargo ships to show up in American ports with stocks of military-grade weapons on board unless there were very specific and very strict regulations ensuring that they're locked up as long as they're in US waters and unless US authorities had the power to detain anybody who uses them while in US waters. And since the US would likely impose such regulations on foreign armed cargo ships then you can bet those foreign countries would impose similar regulations on US armed cargo ships. |

True. Having a Chinese IP may make it less likely that it is a Chinese op. But they know that, so maybe they'll use Chinese IPs. But then they know that we know that they know...... I'll leave that reasoning up to the game theory geeks to figure out.

Back in the days of British comedy such as "Are You Being Served?" and "Love Thy Neighbour", you knew a show was running out of ideas when they shipped a part of it off to Australia, and slapped "Down Under" on the end of it.Though, as Tony Martin points out, the makers of "Are You Being Served?" somehow resisted the obvious double entendre of "Are You being Served Down Under?".
