"The premise of your argument was the the iphone was inferior and could not compete in the Japanese market."I never said such a thing.I said that just because something is the most-sold item does not make it the best. That was my premise and my sole and only point. And almost 99% of sane people that don't simply go along with trends acknowledge it's true.I'm not even saying the iPhone isn't a worthy trend - as I said in my second comment, I'm actually an Apple fan. Not so much an iPhone fan (because I don't like touchscreen phones much in general), but I do appreciate it's popularity. But to say it's the best simply because it's the most-sold/popular is the most illogical and flawed argument for the purchase of an iPhone out there.
First of all it's a CANDU reacter(canadian deuterium) named because it uses heavy water and natural uranium. In this instance what you're calling recycling refers to the reuse of the trans-uranics(uranium plutonium thorium etc.) which can be returned to the fuel cycle and used to produce power. They are talking about burning up long lived fission products. These long lived products are radioactive but unlike the transuranics are not useful fuel for power production. Putting them in a reactor however transmutes them into stable or shorter lived isotopes. This drastically reduces the amount of waste that would have to be put into a place like yucca mountain.

It would suck so much wang to be 80 when immortality is realized. Who wants to be an old decrepit man forever? If they don't master it before I'm 50, and it can't reverse the signs of aging, I don't want it!.
No. It is much better to stop these anti-Neutrality polices before they take hold. Once a non-Neutral net takes hold, it will be much harder to go back to a Neutral one. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. And just about everybody else would say that the free market has failed miserably with ISPs, given that so many of them have monopoly status in their area. Unless you count "competition" from dial-up ISPs, which I doubt anybody who uses the internet regularly would.!
They are. Especially wild ones that you take out of their "spot". I wouldn't really call what they have a nest as they move from spot to spot frequently.
