It has to do with the rotation structure. The way the Army does it, whole units are deployed together for a year at a time. There is very little in the way of cool down between deployments. By the time they get reacquainted with their family and return to some semblance of normalcy, it's time to go back. The Air Force (at least back in '05) had a much different structure that was more expensive but far better on the people. The basic breakdown is here http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/agency/usaf ...What the dutch are doing sounds a lot like what the Air Force does.
Does any one know if klingon is actually it's own language (separate grammer etc) or just a coded 1:1 representation of english?

Albeit a clever title, the article appears to be written by someone that doesn't have much to say about the subject. "Not only do astronauts now have to drink their own pee, but they have to put up with all sorts of toilet problems. (God, they can’t even call it a toilet — it’s the “Waste and Hygiene Compartment.”)"Lines like that really misunderstand the basics of the subject. Does the author know that the astronauts *get* to drink their own recycled pee instead of shipping water to them. In the author's own video, at 8:10 the guy drinks the pee-water and has nothing but good things to say. Also, since when does anything governmental get simple names?.
I feel sorry for the woman, for her to wait and make everything ready for a long hoped-for daughter and lose her because of an ***** and watch her own baby die, I don't feel like joking about it.!

Yeah, was gonna mention newspeak.?
"I respect National Review and Weekly Standard because you know where they stand. Newsweek should be more upfront and honest about their own bias as well."What a weak excuse. Did they trick you into reading a liberal viewpoint? |

I'm surprised he wasn't using a ground strap or mat, or both, for so many processors on so many modules, he said 24 modules (six CPUs) to a cabinet, the risk of zapping something and losing it in a sea of modules in there somewhere seems like a risk.

the mayans did in fact know much about the movement of celestial bodies by observing the skies, they were experts at science in their time and that's part of why people call them so incredibly smart. |
