I think you misspelled congress.
I know I'M happy. Would Apple have come out with some of the features of the 3GS if there hadn't been competition?

“If the mother intends to have the fetus, than with current American mortality rates it is expected that the mother will have that child and both will survive. Thus, if the fetus is killed without the mother's consent, you are charged with killing the life that would have been.If the mother intends to abort the fetus, than she may do so, so long as it is early enough, because it is a product of her body and it isn't a human being yet. That's how I see the differences in the law. Of course it isn't perfect, and we really need to define what makes a human a human in this country. In other poorer nations, where the death rate is higher for infants and children, they aren't considered socially born until they go through social initiation rights in their teens, when they are very likely to survive into adulthood. A child dying there is best defined as a damn shame, not a marriage-shattering tragedy. It was also this way for all humans througout 99% of human history. But here, in America, where we expect most babies to survive, we have moved social birth BEFORE biological birth, and that is simply ridiculous. Something like a third of all conceptions end in miscarriage in the early stages, and you can't tell me anything from a blastocyst to a grape-sized mass of jelly that looks like a chicken/reptile/monkey chimera with no real brain to speak of is just as human and has the same rights as a 40 year old. It's a nasty gray area of life, but we have to hammer out when exactly we should determine when an embryo, or fetus, or whatever, is human. I say once they have a low mortality rate of survival out of the womb, sometime after seven months, but abortion should be prohibited somewhere around five.

Well, Digg needs income to cover their costs. I totally understand that. But the Dragon Age campaign has been totally obnoxious. I'm sick of it..
"As his pictures show"Wonderful. Where can I see these pictures? Why am I seeing only one?!

Ok I like the parts where people can sit and have a coffee etc, but i want to see the workstations of the employees and server stuff. Thats where the magic happens?
Am I the only Aussie here that wonders why Australian stories keep showing up on UK websites? |

....Wow. Just... wow.I've got a feeling this woman's life is about to get muuuch, much worse, very, very quickly. It's one of those benefits the web has given us that nobody thinks to mention. For every piece of information you make public, be it a picture, a post, or whatever, it slowly hems you into the necessity of being honest with other people. It's not a problem for most of us, since most people are generally pretty honest, but it's a BIG problem for those who work their way through life by repeatedly greasing the skids with *****. It's all recorded now.For this woman, not only is there a record of her lying, but now she has a record -of- the record of her lying, courtesy of Kontraband, and heaps of thoughtful commentary like this, on Digg, to go with it.

NewEgg was the one I was worried about the most. Glad to see they don't use those kind of tactics. |
