I love the stages that this meme takes. People start burying it, then the nostalgia factor kicks in, then people get tired of it and bury it again, then digg it once its fresh again.I for one find find the cycle kind of relaxing, as if it marks the passage of time, and the diggs signify the seasons that the comment will go through. Of course it makes sense; they're a foreign species and may completely disrupt the the pond. Kill everything, wait a while, then reintroduce native fish. It's the safest way to keep things from getting out of control and/or out of the pond. There's also no historical record of any kind to indicate that Brigham Young was even aware of the massacre before it had already occurred while he was many miles away in Salt Lake City when it occurred.
