I agree wholeheartedly. My largest concern is that in response to their actions [e.g. Al-Qaeda] the US will descend to their level. If that happens ... they have partially won in their effort to diminish this nation and the positive effect it can have on the world.For the non-US naysayers - No. The US is not perfect. It is a work in progress that has done some great things and shows additional great promise.

These mummified people weren't peasants or slaves living on grains or such. They would have 'suffered' the same issues that we do today. Everything no matter how unhealthy was readily available to them for a pittance of their wealth.It may have taken a whole army going into foreign lands, but they would have still got whatever they thought they desired.
