“Just because "it is written" does not make it true. You supernaturalists keep forgetting that.If a new life form spontaneously came into being on my table, number 1, that'd be abiogenesis, not evolution, and 2, that would require me to rethink my position on the matter, as all current theories say that it could not happen in that way, under the circumstances present in my dining room.

"Good... good... All is going how I have conceived".
Interesting question. That would be a great result but I don't know what would actually happen. What is known however is that low education level correlates with uninsured status. According to the Congressional Budget Office website, 25% of households that have no one with a high school diploma lack health insurance, and 50% of the same group lack insurance for at least part of the year. Contrast that with households with at least one member having a college degree: 3% and 10% respectively.I am pessimistic that universal health insurance would improve health literacy to a great extent. First, many are simply uneducated in general. Second, I doubt that many in this cohort would seek care in clinics or hospitals regularly. The same factors that prevent them from completing a HS degree (need for immediate income, lack of transportation, apathy) would likely hinder them from going to clinics, picking up medications, or going to followup appointments.!

Windsurf.According to the article, it was dumb luck that a new species was created here. It also states that survival of the fittest may wipe them out. Dumb luck might also kill them.Your argument isn't getting much better.?

I've always thought that the "American accent" was simply a lack of "British accent". I base this on how British actors can completely, convincingly convey American speech, whereas when an American actor portrays a British character it's never quite perfect. Ask yourself how many times you've been surprised to learn that an actor was actually British (or in this case, Australian) after hearing them speak as an American. Probably more times than the reverse, I'd bet.

I think that was an homage to the scene in North by Northwest with the crop duster (google it).
