Actually, the funny thing here is how Electric Universe proponents try to use ridiculously complicated physics to explain something we understand pretty well with gas dynamics and Newton. You can try to use all sorts of electric fields and other methods, but bipolar structures like this one are pretty easy to make using good old fashioned disks and stellar outflow.Also? EU people don't seem to understand charge separation, as in, there isn't any in these plasmas. They don't seem to understand what overall neutral gas/plasma means.
