Greenville's a nice place. Seeing a poor squirrel like that is sad. For those of you who are too scared to watch 2 girls 1 cup, I didn't think it was that bad. It just looks like chocolate ice cream. Mmm...

@CaerigrimRon Paul has acknowledged many times that the Fed isn't our only problem, and I wouldn't call it scapegoating. Also, claiming he hasn't put forth any plans on tackling these issues shows a bit of ignorance on the subject. Paul has given more detailed plans than anyone on how to prevent what happened, and now he's one of the few giving clear plans on how to fix the problem.Anyone that cares, please, and I mean this sincerely, pick up a copy of End the Fed and read it. It's only 200 pages and written in an easy style to read. If you still don't think he's correct, at least you'll have some insight into what you're talking about when you say you disagree. It's OK, Jon Stewart says it's worth reading:http://www.thedailyshow.com/watch/tue-september-29 ...

Kind of. Many civilizations celebrated a "Winter Festival" around the time of late December or early January, long before the concept of Christianity existed. When Christians decided to celebrate the birth of Jesus, they placed the celebration at the same time that the Winter Festival traditionally occurred and named it Christmas. The likely explanation is that over the past two millennia, society has arbitrarily associated the two celebrations with each other and began referring to them collectively as "Christmas". The reality is that Christians should be celebrating Christmas (with the birth of Christ) while everyone else should be celebrating "Winter Festival" or "Yule", complete with Santa, Fruitcakes, and everything else we've come to know about December 25th. |
